Guinn is stockpiling the excavated <br /> material just north of the leachate pond. Guinn is utilizing the 623,D5 Cat dozer and the 140G grader to <br /> excavate and grade the pond area. Guinn is cutting the I%flow towards the sump. Guinn completed the <br /> placement of the protective cover on the cell floor. The water truck continues to moisture condition the haul <br /> roads and all work areas. Guinn placed earthfill material along the eastern slope termination point to <br /> construct the berm. Guinn started to place the berm material on the 2°d bench above the cell floor on the <br /> eastern slope. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc.
