Guinn utilized the <br /> 623 scraper to haul the material just to the north of the pond for future use as fill for cover on the liner. <br /> Guinn utilized the 140G grader to cut slopes and grade the 1%of flow towards the sump. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Observed grading and excavation of the leachate impoundment pond.
