Guinn continued to <br /> place the 14"lift of earthfill in the leachate impoundment pond. Guinn utilized the 623 to haul the material <br /> from the stockpile to the eastern edge of the access ramp. Guinn had a laborer part time watching for wrinkles <br /> as the dozers spread-the material onto the pond floor. Guinn_graded-the southern roadway and set the <br /> drainage ditch. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc.
