Guinn <br /> utilized the 623 to haul the material from the stockpile. Guinn cleaned out the southern channel at the toe of <br /> the Ashpit and at the western end of the roadway crossing. Guinn installed the 12" riser pipe cap. Guinn <br /> installed the force main pipe bracket just to the north of the pond. Guinn placed 3 fence posts with ropes tied <br /> in knots every 20" on all 3 sides of the leachate impoundment pond. Guinn performed general grading <br /> around the site. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc. Observed placement of the 14" layer of earthfill placed on the pond floor.
