Allied:2- 300E Cat Rock Trucks,325 Cat Excavator D8,D4 140G Grader Smooth Drum Roller. NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Guinn Crew: 9 total Allied Crew: 6 total Guinn Construction is grading the subgrade on the mixing pad area with the grader utilizing the laser to check elevation. Guinn is cutting from the first bench above the cell floor on the eastern slope and the southern edge of the cell floor. Guinn has the D6R ripping the subgrade material. The grader is cutting the slope 2:1 grade. Guinn utilized 2-633/1-623 paddle wheels to excavate and haul the subgrade material to the stockpile area northwest of cell WMU D-99. Guinn is placing the material unsuitable for the clay admix in another stockpile just to the north of the clay mix stockpile. Guinn is grading and moisture conditioning the material as it is being stockpiled. Guinn's grade checker is continuously checking grade on the east slope of WMU D-99. Allied Waste is working on the subgrade preparation on the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. Allied is utilizing 2 rock trucks to haul subgrade material from the WMU B cell to the southeastern edge of the cell to construct the liner termination anchor trench. The subgrade material is over optimum but still within required specification tolerances. Allied has the water truck moisture conditioning the subgrade material prior to the placement of subsequent lifts. The subgrade material is being spread and track walked with the D8. Vector Engineering,Inc. Observed placement and compaction of the subgrade material. CQA performed density tests on the subgrade material with all tests passing the required specifications. Ran Pi's and sieve analysis on lone import clay material. The Clay is classified as(CIT). CQA pulled moisture sample on the stockpile material with a moisture content of 16%.
