NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Guinn Crew: 9 total Allied Crew: 4 total Guinn Construction is cutting from the first bench above the cell floor on the eastern side down to the cell floor and on the southern edge of the cell. Guinn has the D6R ripping the subgrade material. The grader is cutting the 2:1 grade. Guinn utilized 2-633/1-623 paddle wheels to excavate and haul the subgrade material to the stockpile area northwest of cell WMU D-99. Guinn is placing the material unsuitable for the clay Almk admix in another stockpilejust to the north of the clay mix stockpile. Guinn is grading and moisture conditioning the material as it is being stockpiled. 's grade checker is continuously checking grade o e south and easternslope of le cutting the 2:1 southern slope Guinns operators cut.3 to low. Guinn placed some clayey material in the low area and compacted. Guinn excavated the old LCRS pipe in the southeastern comer of the cell. Allied Waste is placing garbage as subgrade fill on the southeastern slope with daily cover material. Allied is also placing subgrade material on the Ashpit's south slope. Allied is utilizing 2 rock trucks to haul subgrade material from the WMU B. Allied has the water truck moisture conditioning the Ashpit material and the D8 cat is track walking the material prior to the placement of the subgrade material. Vector Engineering, Inc. Observed placement and compaction of the subgrade material. CQA performed density tests on the subgrade material with all tests passing the required specifications.
