Guinn <br /> continues to have a laborer hand rake the slopes below the first bench on the east and south of the cell floor. <br /> Guinn wheel rolled the toe of the eastern slopes subgrade with the loader. Guinn has the water truck <br /> maintaining moisture in the clay and performing dust control all over the site. Guinn worked on the south <br /> roadway along the Ashpit for GCL panel placement. Dewalt was on site performing survey verification of <br /> clay thickness on the cell floor and LCRS collection V ditches. Dewalt sent the results of the survey to <br /> Vector Engineering for review by the Construction manager. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc.
