Guinn continues to excavate the <br /> LCRS channels running north to south. Guinn excavated the sump area to precipitate GCL placement instead <br /> of 2' of clay. Guinn had a laborer hand raking the slopes below the first bench on the east and south of the <br /> cell floor. Guinn grader broke down at 12:00p.m. Guinn will complete the clay tomorrow a.m. Guinn has <br /> the water truck maintaining moisture in clay and dust control around the site. <br /> Allied unloaded 1 load of 861 geotextile from GSE. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Attended weekly construction meeting with representatives of Guinn construction. <br /> CQA observed excavation of the sump, grading of the clay liner system and raking of the east and south side <br /> slopes.
