Guinn's water truck was on site all weekend maintaining moisture in the clay and on <br /> the subgrade slopes. <br /> GSE arrived on site at 7am. GSE had a safety meeting prior to starting any work. GSE filled sandbags for <br /> temporary anchorage of the liner. GSE started staging GCL on top of the top deck of the eastern slope of cell <br /> WMUD-99. <br /> Allied unloaded GCL liner. Allied continues to perform dust control on lay down area. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Performed a walk through and marked several areas for repair or removal of <br /> unsuitable materials from the slope area of cell WMU D-99. CQA discussed the area with Guinn's foreman <br /> when he arrived on site.
