Guinn continued to import and grade the GDM utilizing the <br /> 134H and the D5M. Guinn continues to place geotextile and operation layer material over the approved <br /> GDM. Guinn utilized the grader to partially backfill the eastern slope anchor trench. Guinn had the water <br /> truck moisture condition the operations material at the stockpile and the material placed in the anchor trench <br /> prior to placement. Guinn moisture conditioned and compacted the northwestern slope of the Ashpit and the <br /> southeastern corner of the cell used by GSE for access. <br /> GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the eastern slope of the Ashpit and between the Ash it and the <br /> eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed 13 panels of GCL with approximately 9,767ft and 6 panels <br /> of HST geomembrane with a total of 8,624ft2. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. CQA observed placement of GDM, geotextile and the operations layer material. <br /> CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment,repairs, seaming,overlap and air testing made to the <br /> geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made. CQA pulled 3 destructive samples with all <br /> meeting the required specifications.
