NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Guinn Crew. 4 total GSE Crew: 16 total Guinn continued to import and grade GDM pea Gravel on the northern end of the cell floor. Guinn completed grading the GDM placed on the southern middle portion of the cell floor. Guinn utilized the D4H to grade the GDM. Guinn has a laborer watching for wrinkles in the geomembrane as the D4 spreads the GDM material. The D5M Cat Dozer is spreading operations material north of the sump from the west towards the east and on the southern portion of the cell floor. Guinn is utilizing a 623 paddle wheel to haul the operations material down to the cell floor. The operations material is being placed at a 1' minimum thickness to 2' thick where the trucks and 623 run. Guinn has a water truck on site moisture conditioning the operations terial at the stockpile area. GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the top of the Ashpit and on the eastern slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed 23 panels of GCL with approximately 25,34482 and 5 panels of HDT geomembrane on the top of the Ashpit with a total of 10,672ft. GSE deployed 10 panels of HST geomembrane on the eastern slope of the Ashpit with approximately 16,42882. Vector Engineering,Inc. CQA observed placement of GDM,geotextile and the operations layer material. CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment,repairs, seaming,overlap and air testing made to the geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made. CQA pulled 2 destructive samples with passing results. CQA marked repairs on the geocomposite.
