16. Other industrial/commercial non-hazardous waste <br /> Permitted wastes that may be currently discharged at the existing Austin Road <br /> Landfill are listed below: <br /> 1. Nonhazardous solid wastes and inert wastes, defined by Title 27, CCR, <br /> Sections 20220 and 20230 as nonhazardous and nondesignated wastes that <br /> do not contain soluble pollutants that could be released in excess of water <br /> quality objectives or could cause degradation of waters. <br /> 2. Wastes that meet the Cl 411 criteria for waste disposal as specified in the <br /> WDRs issued by the CVRWQCB for the site. <br /> 3. Wastes granted a variance to be disposed of in a Class III waste management <br /> .area including, but not limited to: <br /> • Asbestos <br /> • Shredder waste <br /> 4. Nonhazardous commercial and industrial wastes including, but not limited to: <br /> • Dewatered sewage sludge <br /> • Dewatered water treatment sludge <br /> • Sterilized infectious waste <br /> 5. Construction and demolition wastes including, but not limited to: <br /> • Treated waste wood: utility poles, railroad ties, fence and guardrails, posts, <br /> sign posts. <br /> • Asphalt, concrete, and rocks. <br /> • Plastic, wood, metals, glass, paper products, cardboard, rubber products, <br /> roofing paper, and wallpaper. <br /> 6. Ti res <br /> 7. Residential wastes <br /> 4.3 PROPOSED WASTE STREAM <br /> Forward is proposing that wastes that can be accepted at the Forward Landfill be <br /> consistent with the currently permitted waste stream for the existing Forward <br /> Landfill.
