5.4.3.1 CQA MANAGER <br /> The CQA Manager will have formal academic training in engineering or geology <br /> and will be registered as a professional engineer or certified engineering <br /> geologist in the State of California. This person should have practical, technical, <br /> and managerial experience that will allow the CQA Plan to be properly <br /> implemented. The CQA Manager must be able to communicate effectively with <br /> landfill operations personnel, design engineers, and contractors to facilitate a <br /> clear understanding of construction activities and the CQA Plan. <br /> 5.4.3.2 CQA INSPECTION PERSONNEL <br /> CQA inspection personnel must have formal training and practical experience.in <br /> inspecting and testing construction work relative to solid waste disposal sites, <br /> including conducting and recording inspection activities, preparing daily reports, <br /> and performing field tests. <br /> 5.4.4 INSPECTION ACTIVITIES <br /> Inspection activities will be performed lay the CQA team throughout the <br /> construction of the landfill.
