11 <br />• <br />10.0 MEDICAL MONITORING <br />Appropriate medical monitoring will be required of Forward <br />personnel to: <br />• Meet requirements of 29 CFR,1910.120 (f). <br />• Meet requirements for respirator use. <br />• Meet other legal requirements. <br />A signed physician's statement qualifying an individual for <br />the work to be performed will be required as part of the <br />medical monitoring program. <br />HS -21 <br />
