�Am <br />11.0 TRAINING PROGRAM <br />1. The Forward SSO shall have fulfilled all appropriate <br />training requirements indicated by 29 CFR 1910.120 (e), <br />including the 40 -hour training requirement and required <br />refresher courses. <br />2. A staff meeting to discuss this HSP will be held <br />periodically or before hazardous operations begin. All <br />Forward personnel and contractor/subcontractor employees <br />shall receive, at a minimum, the following information: <br />• the names of personnel and alternates responsible for <br />site safety and health <br />• safety, health, and other hazards at the Site <br />• instruction in the use of personal protective,,equ pment <br />• action levels <br />• employee work practices to minimize risks from on-site <br />hazards <br />`instruction in the safe use of -en ineering .controls end <br />equipment on site <br />• site control measures <br />• emergency plans <br />Proposition 65 warnings. <br />0 HS -22 <br />
