n <br />u <br />12.0 PROPOSITION 65 <br />Under the California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic <br />Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65), individuals who may <br />be exposed in the work place to chemicals that may cause <br />cancer or birth defects must be warned of such hazards <br />pursuant to California Health and Safety Code (HSC) Section <br />25249.6.
