0 3.14 CLOSURE IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE <br />As discussed in Section 1.5, the Forward Landfill is expected to reach capacity in <br />the year 2020. As required by 27 CCR, Section 21780 (c)(2), a FCPCMP will be <br />submitted for approval two years prior to the anticipated date of closure. In <br />accordance with 27 CCR, Section 21110, closure activities will then commence <br />within 30 days following the last receipt of waste and will conclude within 180 <br />days following the beginning of closure, or in accordance with an alternate <br />schedule approved by the LEA and the CIWMB and included in the FCPCMP. <br />Closure construction will begin with mobilization of equipment and materials. <br />The type of equipment and required personnel expected to be utilized during <br />closure construction includes but is not limited to, the following: <br />• Equipment <br />- Scrapers <br />- Dozers <br />- Loaders <br />- Compactors <br />- Trucks <br />- Soil Screening Equipment <br />- Motor Grader <br />Water Truck <br />• Personnel <br />- Construction Manager <br />- Field Inspector(s) <br />- Engineer(s) <br />- Geotechnical Engineer/Geologist <br />Geotechnical Technician(s) <br />- Labor Crews <br />- Equipment Operators <br />Surveyors <br />- Mechanics <br />Forward Landfill PCPCMP 3-16 <br />L:\Allied\2000.193\Reports\FinaIPCPCMP:FL-sec3: 8/20/01 BRYAN A.
