n <br />�11 <br />7.3 PHOTO DOCUMENTATION <br />A photographic record shall be prepared by the Construction Manager as part of <br />the construction control activities. Photographs shall be in color and shall include <br />photographs of construction activities, problem areas, corrective actions, and final <br />constructed features. Photographs shall be identified with the landfill site <br />designation, the date taken, the location, and a description of the activity covered <br />by the photograph. <br />7.4 AS -BUILT DOCUMENTATION <br />As the work is completed, a final Geotechnical As -Built report shall be prepared <br />under the direction of the Geotechnical CQA Consultant utilizing the results of <br />tests and observations completed during construction. This As -Built report shall <br />include a laboratory test results summary and documentation of typical <br />construction conditions and procedures.
