AUSTIN ROAD, STOCKTON <br />EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: - <br />GROUNDWATER REMEDIATION PROJECT WiTH ONE DELTA COOLING TOWER MODF.I, AS4-150 AiR STRIPPER AND <br />TWO BARNRBY & SUTCLIFFE V-5000 CARBON CANISTERS. <br />I - No air contaminant shall be discharmi into the atmosphere for a period or periods aigregating more <br />than 3 minutes in any one hour whicTi is dark or darker that Ringelmuln 1 or equiva ent to 20% opacity. <br />2 - No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. <br />3 - All duct leaks shall be repaired immediately. <br />4 - The overall hydrocarbon capture efficiency of the carbon system shall not be less than 96% at any <br />time. <br />5 - The air stripper shall not process more than 305 gallons of water per minute and the VOC emissions <br />from the system shall not exceed 2.0 tons per year. <br />6 - The applicant shall make provisions for laboratory samples to be taken at the time of the initial <br />inspection under the supervvision of the Air Pollution Control Inspector. <br />7 - The samples shall be taken at locations both upstream and downstream of the control device. Approval or denial of a PERMIT TO OPERATE will be made after an inKpection <br />to verify that the equipment has been constructed in accordance with tho !Approved plans, spocificatione and conditions of this <br />Authority to Construct, and to detoamine if the equipment can be operated to u)mpliance with all Rules and Regulations of <br />the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District.
