• Record of equipment calibrations or recalibrations and any actions taken as a <br /> result of recalibration. <br /> • Site visits by others. <br /> • Identification of construction problems and their solution or disposition. <br /> Inspection Data Sheets <br /> All field observations and field testing will be recorded on an inspection data <br /> sheet which in combination with the technician's daily reports will be used to <br /> formulate the daily summary report. All field testing will follow ASTM standard <br /> test procedures in accordance with the CQA Plan in the specifications. <br /> Observations in the field may take the form of the ASTM notes, charts, drawings <br /> or sketches, photographs, or any combination of the above.
