Remove statement regarding LEA determining that a <br /> less immediate form of notification will be sufficient. <br /> 17. Emergency Action Plan;Page EA-2 indicates that San Joaquin County Health Care <br /> Services will be contacted to report a hazardous material incident. The report needs to be <br /> made to the Environmental Health Department at 468-3420. <br /> 18. Appendix A, Corporate Resume, Provide names and contact information. <br /> 19. Appendix D,Emergency Action Plan, Figure 1;map is dated. <br /> 20. Appendix D,Emergency Action Plan,Page 7 and 8;Review and update as necessary. <br /> 21.
