Sukut Construction continued <br /> placing fill along the access road to the FU-03 refuse cell from the scale house west. The blade cut and <br /> shaped the north slope of the refuse cell over the existing refuse from east to west. One scraper picked up the <br /> windrows and hauled the material to the fill area where the D8 graded and applied compactive effort. The D6 <br /> cut the west and north slopes of the desilting pond throughout the day. <br /> Two(2)nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the native fill <br /> along the access road. Both tests passed specification in density and in moisture content and the on site <br /> foreman was verbally informed of the test results. <br /> The on site foreman for Sukut stated that two more slope cutting operators would be arriving on site by <br /> Monday(10-6-03)to continue in the leachate pond, desilting pond and the FU-03 refuse cell. <br /> Prepared By: Reviewed By: <br /> 4/23/03,Rev. 0 1 of i <br /> r-2 <br />
