The Sukut Construction foreman
and I met in the early morning to discuss the day's schedule. He stated that they would continue placing fill
on the access road from the scale house west toward the FU-03 refuse cell. The blade cut and shaped the
north slope of the refuse cell over the existing refuse from north to south. One scraper picked up the
windrows and hauled the material to the fill area where the D8 graded and applied compactive effort. The
D6 cut the west and north slopes of the desilting pond throughout the day.
Three(3)nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the native
fill along the access road. Both tests passed specification in density and in moisture content and the on site
foreman was verbally informed of the test results.
Prepared By: Reviewed By:
4/23/03,Rev. 0 1 of 1
r-,
