There were two violations of Title 27 CCR: 0 <br />• 'Section 21600 — Report of Disposal Site Information; and, <br />• Section 20690(b)(3) Alternative Daily Cover — Processed Green Material. <br />3. There were two areas of concern of Title 27 CCR: <br />Section 20686 — Beneficial Reuse; and, <br />Section 20690(a)(5) — Alternative Daily Cover — General Requirements. <br />As the San Joaquin County local enforcement agency, please continue to work with the operator <br />to bring this facility into compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. <br />Appropriate enforcement action should be taken by the local enforcement agency as necessary to <br />ensure compliance. <br />As always, this office is available to assist the local enforcement agency at any point in the <br />compliance process.
