L' <br />Construction and demolition wastes shall be processed prior to being applied to the working <br />face. Prior to spreading and compacting on the working face, these materials shall comply with <br />a grain size specification by volume of 95 percent less than 12 inches and 50 percent less than 6 <br />inches as determined by the EA. The CIWMB shall provide technical assistance in making this <br />determination if requested by the EA. Alternative processing and grain size specification <br />requirements may be approved by the EA if the EA determines that the alternative meets the <br />performance requirements of (a)(2) and (a)(3) of this section and the CIWMB concurs. Pacific Bell is no longer <br />in business under that name.
