• Participation in the preparation of Record Drawings. <br /> • Coordination of all field testing, sampling and laboratory testing. <br /> • Review of all field and laboratory test results and preparation of recommendations for <br /> appropriate responses. <br /> Review of all CQA Monitor's daily reports and logs. <br /> Notation of any on-site activities or conditions that could jeopardize the quality or <br /> function of the alternative final cover system and reporting of these to the <br /> Construction Manager. <br /> Preparation of a monthly summary of CQA activities. <br /> O Designation of a Senior CQA Monitor to act on his behalf at the site while operations <br /> are ongoing. <br /> Reporting of any unresolved deviations from the CQA Plan to the Construction <br /> Manager. <br /> Preparation of the final "As-Built" report for all completed earthwork construction <br /> activities. <br /> 3.6 CQA MONITORS <br /> 3.6.1 FIELD ENGINEER/FIELD GEOLOGIST <br /> The Field Engineer/Field Geologist will be a representative of the Geotechnical CQA <br /> Consultant and will be responsible for evaluation of whether all earth and/or geosynthetic <br /> materials conform to the requirements of the Project Drawings and Specifications.
