Other industrial/commercial non-hazardous waste <br /> 4.3 WASTE STREAM <br /> Forward has performed a health risk assessment to assess potential environmental <br /> impacts of the waste stream. The health risk assessment was completed in March <br /> 2002. The health risk assessment is discussed further in the Draft Environmental <br /> Impact Report. <br /> Forward is permitted to accept a maximum of 8,668 tons/day of Class III Wastes <br /> and Class II Wastes for disposal (i.e., Class II Wastes that cannot be diverted from <br /> disposal for beneficial use) as described above. <br /> 4.3.1 MATERIALS ACCEPTED FOR BENEFICIAL REUSE <br /> The Forward Landfill accepts materials for beneficial uses such as alternative daily <br /> cover (ADC), wet weather deck preparation, internal haul road improvements and <br /> earthen drainage control improvements.
