Other industrial/commercial non-hazardous waste 4.3 WASTE STREAM Forward has performed a health risk assessment to assess potential environmental impacts of the waste stream. The health risk assessment was completed in March 2002. The health risk assessment is discussed further in the Draft Environmental Impact Report. Forward is permitted to accept a maximum of 8,668 tons/day of Class III Wastes and Class II Wastes for disposal (i.e., Class II Wastes that cannot be diverted from disposal for beneficial use) as described above. 4.3.1 MATERIALS ACCEPTED FOR BENEFICIAL REUSE The Forward Landfill accepts materials for beneficial uses such as alternative daily cover (ADC), wet weather deck preparation, internal haul road improvements and earthen drainage control improvements.
