AC T27CCR20820 There were several erosion channels observed along landfill slope and along drains. Operator <br /> indicated that repair work shall be conducted once site conditions become dry enough. <br /> a. Repair all erosions. <br /> b. Cover all exposed waste. <br /> c. Provide adequate drainage and erosion control to prevent future erosion. <br /> 7. Violation T27CCR20919.5 The gas extraction system installation is complete and running for the modules on the north side <br /> of the site. The concentrations of methane gas have improve from last inspection and were as follows: <br /> InGP9: 0.1 % in shallow 0.1 %in middle 0.1 %in deep <br /> In GPI 1: 15.0%in shallow 32.0%in middle 3.3% in deep <br /> In GP 12: 30.4%in shallow 30.7%in middle 17.8%in deep <br /> a. Ensure that the concentration of explosive gas at the property boundary is below 5 %by volume. <br /> b. Follow directions listed in T27CCR20919.5(c)and in the Amended Notice and Order 03-01. <br /> c. Also see previous inspection report for the previous violation of this section. <br /> d. The compliance date for Amended Notice and Order 03-01 was November 20,2005. The compliance date had <br /> passed. The facility is still in violation of T27CCR20919.5 Explosive Gas Control. <br /> 8. Notes: <br /> A. The extension of the Amended Notice and Order 03-01 expired on November 20,2005. The compliance date has passed. <br /> This facility is still in violation of T27CCR20919.5 Explosive Gas Control. <br /> B. Load checking program needs to be updated to include the requirement of the removal of the universal waste. <br /> C. A sample was taken from TASW to tested for hazardous waste(CAM 17 metals,TPHG,and TPHT). <br /> D. Landfill gas odor was not detected at the leachate risers at time of site visit <br /> E.
