Guinn <br />Construction began to use the 627 scrapers to haul topsoil throughout the day. One dozer, one water truck <br />and the sheepsfoot roller worked on the north slope and at the west slope finish grading. The other water <br />trucks moisture conditioned the haul roads and the cut area behind the dozer. <br />0 <br />Thirty-five (35) nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the <br />west slope fill area, south to north.
