Guinn <br />Construction continued using the scrapers to haul clay from the northern and central cut areas throughout <br />the day. Six (6) scrapers continued placing fill material from west to east. One dozer, with GPS, one of the <br />water trucks and the sheepsfoot roller also worked on the north slope fill area. The other water truck <br />moisture conditioned the haul roads and the cut area behind the other dozer. <br />Sixteen (16) nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the north <br />slope fill area. All tests passed the specified values in density and moisture content and the on site foreman <br />was verbally informed of the test results. <br />GSE representative Dale Geary called in the midmorning to say that the crew will be on site tomorrow <br />morning to deploy the upper bench of the FU -05 cell. <br />Prepared By: <br />4/23/03, Rev. 0 1 of 1 <br />C-2 <br />Reviewed By: <br />
