Construction <br /> 1. Contractor continued placing Subgrade fill on the east floor area of FU-06. <br /> 2. Continued loading-out black top-soils from east of the compost pad; material to French Camp Closure. <br /> 3. The 12G blade works on the base of the 5:1 slope. <br /> II. Testing <br /> 1. Performed 6 FDT's in compacted subgrade being placed in the east floor of FU-06; tests SG-53 <br /> through SG-58. All tests indicate passing results. <br /> 2. Completed Atterberg Limits on sample SG-1; material classified as CL (lean clay). <br /> 3. Collected Subgrade Proctor sample SGP-6. <br /> 4.
