Anchor the SS textured HDPE onto <br />the bottom box with the textured side <br />up and spray with water. <br />2. Placed the hydrated GCL (24 hrs) <br />on top of the textured HDPE. <br />3. Compact the subgrade material to <br />90% of max. dry density at opt. +2% <br />water content onto the upper box and <br />71aced it on top of the GCL. <br />t. Apply the full normal load. <br />F.
