Average of machine and transverse direction values. <br />2.4 MANUFACTURER SOURCE QUALITY CONTROL <br />A. Perform quality control tests on geotextile, at a minimum frequency required by <br />ASTM to evaluate manufacturer's published material characteristics. <br />B. QA/QC CONSULTANT will reject rolls for which quality control requirements are <br />not met. <br />C. Certify the quality of the rolls of geotextile. <br />D. Provide quality control certificates for each lot and each shift's production. The <br />quality control certificates must include: <br />1. Roll numbers and identification. <br />2.
