No VOCs were detected in the GTF effluent samples collected during the third <br /> quarter 2008. <br /> Under WDR Order No. R5-2003-0080,influent sampling for pH,specific conductivity, <br /> turbidity,and VOCs,is performed semiannually.Influent samples are collected from a <br /> sample port in the header pipe adjacent to the air stripper.Semiannual influent monitoring <br /> was not performed during third quarter 2008. <br /> A compact disc containing historical influent and effluent analytical,pH,and conductivity <br /> data from August 1994 to December 2007,was provided in the Fourth Quarter 2007 <br /> Groundwater Treatment Facility Monitoring Report(CH2M HILL,2008). In accordance with <br /> a conversation with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board staff,historical <br /> and 2008 analytical,pH,and conductivity data will be provided on compact disc in the <br /> fourth quarter 2008 monitoring report(Atkinson,2006,personal communication). <br /> During fourth quarter 2008,effluent samples will be collected monthly and analyzed for pH, <br /> specific conductivity,and VOCs.One quarterly effluent sample will be analyzed for total <br /> dissolved solids.
