The Discharger proposes to discharge wastes classified under Chapter 15 as designated <br /> waste, nonhazardous solid waste and inert waste to the Class H landfill units. The Class <br /> III landfill units will only receive wastes classified as nonhazardous solid waste and inert <br /> waste. Designated and nonhazardous solid wastes include, but are not limited to, <br /> asbestos, commercial and industrial waste, municipal solid waste, coal and wood ash, <br /> contaminated soils, salty wastes, construction and demolition waste, shredder waste and <br /> dewatered sewage sludge. The contaminated soils may include, but.are not limited to, <br /> treated and untreated petroleum products, metals or other constituents. <br />
