A 627 scraper and two D-6 dozers were <br /> used in the process. <br /> - Guinn placed 42,280 square feet of filter geotextile on the cell floor between the middle and northern <br /> leachate collection ditches. <br /> - 423 linear feet of 6-inch leachate pipe was installed in the collection ditch along the bottom of the 2:1 <br /> slope at the north end of the cell floor. <br /> - Two small holes and an excessive rub mark were patched after they were made from transporting a <br /> leachate pipe across the geotextile. <br /> - Guinn punctured the floor liner while pushing soil with the D-6 dozer.
