The earth fill is from <br /> both cuts within the cell and from the excavation area. <br /> - Guinn is compacting earth fill in the cell with an 815 compactor and is moisture conditioning the <br /> material with a water truck. Moisture tends to be low due to outside temperature. <br /> - Guinn is using an excavator to clear off the liner tie-in on the west end of the cell.
