CQA monitored moisture and composition of borrow material. <br /> - Guinn placed material from the borrow area,into the LCRS trenches within the cell. The borrow <br /> material is the material that is intended to be used for the low permeability soil layer. The material is <br /> Awk moisture conditioned to be within the spec for the low permeability layer.
