Differences in the two areas are due to the deployment method and location of the <br /> GCL on the previous day. <br /> - Vector marked six destructive samples (DS-S1 through DS-S6) on the single textured HDPE <br /> membrane. <br /> - Comanco conducted non-destructive air testing(fusion welds) over the entire deployed area. <br /> - Vector inspected, observed, and documented that materials were installed in general accordance with <br /> the specifications prior to the placement of overlying materials. <br /> - Received 27 rolls of 7 oz, geotextile. <br /> Prepared By: Reviewed By: <br /> 4/23/03,Rev.0 1 of 1 <br /> C-2 <br />
