The administrative and office personnel check the <br /> hauler's waste manifests, keep records of incoming haulers, and the volume of <br /> material recovered, perform communications tasks, and maintain the office. <br /> Training. Staff training methods are described in detail in Section 3.2.2of this <br /> RCSI. <br /> 3.3 Facility Equipment <br /> 3.3.1 Type, Capacity, and Number of Units <br /> Describe facility equipment, including type, capacity, and number of units in <br /> accordance with 14 CCR, Section 18227(8). Equipment must be adequate in type, <br /> capacity, and numbers to allow facility operations to meet all of the requirements of <br /> the standards. <br /> Describe equipment to be used for handling and processing waste, including instruments <br /> such as temperature and moisture probes. <br /> On-site equipment will be used for handling and processing waste. The equipment <br /> AMIL available at the RRF/Compost Facility is listed on Table 3.4. Additional <br /> equipment, such as Windrow turning equipment and temperature and moisture <br /> probes, will be obtained, as necessary, to meet all of the requirements of the compost <br /> operation standards.
