NOTES (Describe work completed during the day, any problems and their solutions) <br />1. Construction Activities <br />1. Guinn Construction continued moisture conditioning all Clay Liner soils on the floor areas. <br />2. COMANCO completed all repairs on the 5:1 slope to floor areas. <br />3. COMANCO started deployment of the double -side textured 60 mil HDPE liner on the floor. Panel <br />deployed today: P- I through P-3; about 27,624 W. <br />11. CQA Activities <br />I . CQA monitored all construction activities, including: trial welds, as -built field maps, deployment, <br />seaming/pressure testing, subgrade acceptance and repairs. <br />2. CQA marked out HDPE liner Destructive Samples DS -6 and DS -7. Three pieces are cut from each <br />destructive: one for AusencoVector, one for COMANCO, and one archive for Forward Landfill. <br />AusencoVector destructives were mailed to Precision Labs in Anaheim for peel and shear tests. <br />3. CQA and COMANCO completed the Subgrade Acceptance for Wednesday's deployment of HDP <br />panels P- 14 through P-2 1; about 30,464 ft(fidl roll dimensions including seam overlap and materi <br />in anchor trench). <br />4. CQA <br />111. Conversations <br />With Kevin Turner, Gumn Construction, Re: There is some earth work to fill a depression at the <br />central LCRS pipe outlet on the east side of FU -08. Also ' the bottom of the LCRS ditch across the <br />floor, leading into the central leachate tank pad, doesn't match with the ditch into the sump.
