Geosynthetics deployment on <br /> the 5:1 slope, bench, and 2:1 slope areas was started on August 17, 2010 with the deployment of <br /> GCL and 60-mil single-side textured HDPE liner; and was completed on August 19, 2010. <br /> Deployment of the Geocomposite on the slope areas started on August 28, 2010 and was completed <br /> on August 31, 2010. Placement of the Operations Layer soils began on September 8, 2010 and was <br /> completed on September 23, 2010. The second leak test on the floor area on top of the operations <br /> layer was performed on September 23-24, 2010.
