Construction Activities <br />1. Guinn Construction used the small 320D excavator and a spotter to detail the leachate tank sumps. <br />2. Guinn Construction used the D6 to trim the west side -slope of the clay borrow, SEC from FU- 10. <br />3. Guinn Construction used the 143H blade to do minor trimming in the southeast areas of FU -10. <br />4. Guinn Construction continued moisture conditioning all Clay Liner soils on the floor areas. <br />*I. CQA Activities <br />1. CQA completed data for Atterberg Limits tests on Clay Liner samples CLS -2 and CLS -3. Both <br />sample materials were CL, "lean clayswith liquid limit/ptastic limit within speccations. <br />it CQA prepared Clay Liner interface shear material sample CLS -5 for ASTM D1557A Proctor. <br />3. CQA performed ASTM D4318 Atterberg Limits on Clay Liner Proctor sample CLS -4 and grab <br />sample CL -61. <br />[11.
