USE PERMIT NO. PA-1000247 OF EPARCHY OF OUR LADY OF LEBANON (C/O <br /> MICHAEL HAKEEM)to construct a 9,000 square foot neighborhood religious <br /> assembly facility and community center for a maximum of 125 people and to convert <br /> an existing residence to an office (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Neighborhood). <br /> Religious services will be held either on Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or <br /> Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Only one religious service will be held each <br /> weekend. No school or daycare facility is proposed with this application. The project <br /> site is located on the north side of Eight Mile Road, 1200 feet east of State Route 99, <br /> northeast of Stockton(Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the <br /> project will not have a significant impact on the environment, and a Negative <br /> Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> 2. USE PERMIT NO. PA-1000245 OF FORWARD INC./REPUBLIC SERVICES to <br /> amend the existing Solid Waste Facility Permit Boundaries only. Under Title 27 CCR <br /> (California Code of Regulations), CEQA review(California Environmental Quality Act)is <br /> required to amend the facilities boundary. 184 acres of the project site is under <br /> Williamson Act contract 72-C1-398. No landfill activities,waste placement, disposal, <br /> composting, storage of equipment, or soil borrowing will occur on the 184 acres. No <br /> increase in currently permitted daily tonnage or land refuse foot print will occur under this <br /> application.
