BICYCLE MASTER PLAN UPDATE OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY: The proposed <br /> San Joaquin County Bicycle Master Plan (Plan)Update reestablishes the long-term <br /> vision for bicycle activity in San Joaquin County as a blueprint for development of a <br /> bikeway system, including on-street and support facilities, with recommendations for <br /> potential projects.The Plan builds on past efforts, including the San Joaquin County <br /> 2002 Bikeway Master Plan, and provides tools for County staff to move forward with <br /> future development of bicycle facilities. <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the <br /> project will not have a significant impact on the environment,and a Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> • The Public is Welcome to Address the Planning Commission on Items of Interest to the <br /> Public That Are Not Listed on the Agenda.
