Republic has requested our crew to
abandon 3 old probes located near the entrance facilities SYP4A, BPLY-1, and BP -12 P2. These probes are not compliance
probes. Can BAS cut the casing 2' feet below grade and grout the remainder of the casing for abandonment purposes?
Please advise if you have a preference for abandonment and I will prepare the necessary forms and fees for your
department.
Thanks,
Scott Angus
Design Manager, Methane Gas Group
BAS - a Tetra Tech Company
1360 Valley Vista Drive 1 Diamond Bar, CA 191765
Work: 909-860-77771 Fax: 909-396-17681 Cell: 951-836-2945
Email: scott.angus@tetratech.com
3/9/2011
