Ground water monitoring Quarterly <br /> e. Asbestos air monitoring Semi-Annually <br /> E Results of on-site industrial hygiene and air monitoring Upon request of LEA <br /> g. Copies of all written complaints regarding this facility and the operator's actions taken to Quarterly <br /> resolve these complaints. <br /> h. Results of contaminated post treatment analysis. Annually <br /> i. Results of the landfill gas monitoring program. Quarterly <br /> j. Wet weather preparedness report/winter operations plan. Annually—due by November 1 <br /> k.
