JTD states "....open to commercial haulers (it is not open to the <br />public) from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday. The LEA <br />will be notified in advance of any change to these hours of operation." <br />Any change to the permitted hours of operation or receipt of waste <br />requires permit revision. <br />6-2 (Sect 6.2. 1) <br />The operator also provides visible light/strobe light for active face <br />workers. <br />6-7 <br />Is green waste handling activity still going on?
