:J <br />April 8, 2014 <br />Aeration and Treatment of Chlorinated Hydro -carbon Contaminated Soils: <br />For chlorinated hydrocarbon -contaminated soils, the on-site treatment of <br />contaminated soils by aeration will be managed so as to minimize <br />exposure to on-site employees as well as off-site residents. Volumes of <br />soils received, time of storage, and/or the types of contaminants and levels <br />of contamination present will all be limited to assure exposure risks are no <br />greater than 10-6.
