Included in the construction <br /> management cost are costs associated with the construction office trailer and equipment, <br /> utility hook-ups, a construction manager, a site engineer, and an administrative assistant. <br /> 1.8.12 Partial Final Closure and Post-Closure Maintenance Plan Preparation <br /> This category covers the cost to prepare a Partial Final Closure Plan for the Stage VIII <br /> Closure area. <br /> 1.8.13 Contingency <br /> A 20 percent contingency factor has been added to the construction cost estimate. <br /> 1.9 Post-Closure Maintenance Cost Estimate <br /> The post-closure maintenance cost estimate has been prepared to reflect estimates of <br /> manpower, materials and equipment to maintain FRB Landfill in compliance with current <br /> applicable regulations. The maintenance and monitoring costs were developed utilizing <br /> current regulations and applicable requirements. In the event that changes occur in the <br /> regulatory conditions pertaining to FRB, these estimates will be adjusted accordingly, as <br /> required, and submitted to the LEA, CalRecycle, and RWQCB.
